John Bartichek

Executive Director

John Bartichek has been participating in the recovery lifestyle for more than ten years. After moving away from the clinical aspects of recovery, John decided to explore his passion for helping others achieve their recovery life goals through peer support. As a result, Hope and Serenity Recovery Community Center was launched. As Executive Director John is in charge of hiring staff, overseeing day-to-day operations of the Recovery Community Center, as well as researching and implementing grants.

Dr. Jennifer Allen, CPRS, CRSP

Director of Community Relations

Jennie Allen is the Director of Community Relations for Hope and Serenity Recovery Community Center. Though she has advanced degrees in music performance, she has shifted her focus in the past few years to recovery training and certification. She recently completed the Training of Trainers course for her CCAR certification. She looks forward to expanding her knowledge of all the different ways to support recovery life in all of its facets.

Stacey Manning, CPRS, CRSP

Manager of Mental Wellness Services

Stacey has a BS in Law & Justice from the College of New Jersey, and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. She has a background in sales and marketing, and most recently decided to change her career to focus on helping individuals manage their mental health conditions. Stacey is a Certified Recovery Support Practitioner. She completed the requirements for her certification with the Mental Health Association of New Jersey. Stacey provides individual peer support for people with mental health and co-occurring disorders, and she facilitates depression & bipolar support groups.

Stacey has a passion for helping individuals that are struggling with their mental health and addiction recovery. As someone in long term recovery, she uses her lived experience to be a role model and give people hope that recovery is possible. Her mission is to promote mental health education and advocacy in Sussex County and the surrounding area. Stacey is genuine, empathic and ready to share the tools she uses to maintain her mental health with people that are struggling with their own. She wants to assist and empower individuals to put together their own personal wellness and recovery action plan so they will have the opportunity to create a life worth living!
